Melissa Ursi, JD
Chief Executive Officer
Melissa Ursi, JD, is the Chief Executive Officer of Quoris, where she leads the company’s vision, strategy, and global growth. With over 20 years of experience across healthcare technology, business operations, and human capital leadership, Melissa has built a reputation for scaling high-performance organizations and driving meaningful transformation in the healthcare IT services industry.
Under her leadership, Quoris (previously ROI International) has expanded into more than 10 countries, delivering mission-critical solutions for healthcare systems around the world and establishing a trusted global footprint. Melissa’s career includes deep expertise in international expansion, workforce strategy, enterprise operations, and building cultures that attract and retain exceptional talent. She is recognized as a collaborative and visionary leader who believes strong relationships, integrity, and execution excellence are the foundation of sustainable growth.
Laura Arboleda, MS
Chief Revenue Officer
Laura Arboleda, MS, is the Chief Revenue Officer at Quoris, bringing more than 18 years of experience in healthcare technology and informatics. She has broadened her understanding of the healthcare provider space through impactful roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Xealth, Hyland Software, and MEDITECH. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable hands-on experience as an IT Physician Liaison and Clinical IT Consultant during the early rollout and adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) in the United States.
Having worked both in the United States and internationally, Laura has developed a deep interest in global health and the diverse challenges that shape it. She also serves as part-time faculty in the Healthcare Informatics Graduate Program at Boston University, where she finds gratitude in sharing her knowledge while continuing to learn from others.
Jeff Tennant
EVP, Delivery and Services
Jeff Tennant has over 25 years of Information Technology experience, including 19 years in Revenue Cycle and Operational improvement consulting and leadership experience resulting in millions of dollars of improvement for health systems and other industries. Jeff has led numerous strategic revenue cycle engagements through his past roles as Hospital CIO, strategic revenue cycle consultant, and global solution leader for Revenue cycle consulting.
Jeff brings real world experience, along with the benefit of numerous engagements helping others with best practices, and lessons learned to each engagement. Jeff has been a member of HIMSS Revenue Cycle Task Force and has presented as a thought leader at HIMSS National conference (Revenue Cycle Solutions center), Becker’s, Arab Health Conference, HFMA Events, WEDI, AHIMA, State and regional HIMSS meetings.
Chris Quimby
Executive Chairman
Chris Quimby is the Executive Chairman of the Board at Quoris, and a seasoned healthcare IT delivery leader with over 20 years of experience. Early in his career, Chris served as a consultant at McKesson Corporation, where he honed his skills in large-scale system implementations and client engagement.
As a founding executive and former Senior Partner at ROI Healthcare Solutions, Chris led numerous global delivery engagements, working directly with health systems and technology partners. He developed deep expertise in execution, consulting leadership, and client-centric outcomes in complex healthcare environments.
In his role as Executive Chairman at Quoris, Chris now drives strategic initiative delivery, champions the quality and consistency of global engagements, and works with the executive team to maintain the organization’s strong reputation for expert execution and trusted partnerships.
